In short: practice sessions are recorded and transcribed to give you feedback. Recordings are deleted automatically after your company's retention period (90 days unless agreed otherwise). Your company sees scores and activity, never recordings or transcripts. A small sample of sessions (1–5%) may be reviewed by our team for quality.
When you request a free trial, we keep the details you give us (your name, work email, job title, company, country, team size, the teams you're interested in and any message) so we can set up your trial and contact you about it. We also keep a one-way code made from your internet address, used only to stop the form being misused. We don't share these details or use them for anything else, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
