NewSpoken English coaching for tech teams

Your team knows English. Help them sound at home on every call.

Wordspoke gives your non-native English speakers a place to rehearse the conversations they have every week: incident calls, renewals, stand-ups, pushback from a client. They speak out loud with an AI that listens, then get feedback on exactly what to say better.

14-day trial for up to 5 people. No card, nothing to install.

Fluent in the documentation. Hesitant on the call.

Most international tech teams work in English already. What slows people down is spoken: the phrasal verbs, idioms and shorthand native colleagues use without thinking, and the confidence to push back, explain a delay or calm a client in real time. Grammar courses don't practise that. Talking does.

Ten minutes, a few times a week

  1. Pick a conversation from your week

A renewal, a design review, an escalation. The learner sees who they're speaking to, what's going on and what they need to get out of it.

  2. Talk it through out loud

The AI plays the client or colleague, hears their voice and pushes back like a real person would. Pauses are fine. Useful phrases tick off as they use them.

  3. See exactly what to say better

What went well, the one or two things to fix with a better way to say them, a pronunciation score, and the words to practise. Next time, the AI brings those up again.

Feedback a coach would give

Every session ends with specific notes, quoted from what the learner actually said. British and American English both count as correct, and the focus stays on the language, not on how to do their job.

A monthly ten-minute check-in estimates each person's level on the CEFR scale, so progress is something you can see.

Show the training is working

Your L&D dashboard shows who's practising, who has moved up a level, how pronunciation is changing and how well each team uses the language of their job. Filter by team or role, and download a report for your next budget review.

Invite people by email or upload a spreadsheet. Move a seat to someone else whenever you need to.

Ready for your security review
